Monday morning rolls around! The weekend is over and we are . all back at the old grind once more. The majority of us are wondering what we had for homework, not that we didn’t have the best of intentions of doing it, but we. just didn’t get around to it somehow. Anyway, as I was saying we’re * back at school and you just try and forget that. •,
The 9:15 bell has rung and we are to go to our first period classes, in which we cause the poor teachers to become very annoyed at us by telling of our weekend events.
The 10:10 bell ringsi for 2nd period class, and we all get the teachers so discusted at us: for talking and yawning and of coarse, forgetting to do our homework. We never can forget drat!
The 11:15 bell, go to the 3rd period classes which we aggravate everyone by discussing the topic “What’s for lunch”? j
At 12 KX), there is a mad rush for the lunch room. Afterward everyone gathers into individual . groups for gossiping.
When the 12:30 bell rings for 4th period class, everyone is searching for his books. By this time you - would think everyone would be talked out. You ought to listen to ~ ' the 4th period chit-chat. The 1:25 bell, 5th period, every* ones tarts talking about die day being almost gone. Thank goodness! At 2:30, the 6th and last of the day, Ho Humm... Thus Monday is the Worst day of the week for Pupils and Teachers alike, is gone. Gosh, only four more days before another weekend.
