The Commonwealth versus William Fincham of Washington, charged with assault and battery on Mrs. Anna Ruth Fincham. Thirty days suspended sentence on payment of costs and good behavior far 12 months. J. W. Critzer was the arresting officer.

The Commonwealth versa# Ned Jackson, of Burke, charged with speeding; fined $50 and costs. Jackson’s license was suspended for 60 days. W. A. Buntin was the arresting officer.
