Engineers of VPI Since the insulating I had done proved ineffective' with temperatures below 20 degrees and forecasts called for continued cold weather I began searching electric appliance places in a hurry without success. An appeal to Bill Varner did the trick. Results excellent protection against cold, very simple and easy to install and very economical especially from the standpoint of current usage.
