1st Tract: Containing 53 acres more or less, being known as Lot No. 3 in division of'the lands of Jesse Vanhorn, deceased, and the same parcel of land conveyed to John L. Jenkins, by deed from C. H. Keyser, Commissioner in the chancery cause of M. Elizabeth O’Neil vs. Vanhorn et al.
2nd Tract: That tract of land lying on the top of Jujber Mountain, adjoining the lands of J. Jas. Miller, Shackelford and others, being known as a part of the Dodge lapd, containing 10 1/8 acres more or less, and being the same land conveyed to John L. Jenkins, Sr., by deed dated November 28th, 1919 and of record in the Clerk’s Office the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia Deed Book 29 at Page 422.
