Mrs. B. R Cox, Mrs. George 'H. Davis, Jr. and daughter, Miss Mary Norman Davis visited B. R. Cox at Mt. Alto Hospital on Friday.
Mr. and Mrs. George Kanack and daughter, Becky, of Hopewell were guests Sunday of Mrs. Kanack's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Johnston. Mrs. Kanack will be remembered in the county as Miss Beatrice Johnston.
Mr. and Mrs. Reid Biedler of Washington, D. C. were guests of Mrs. Biedler’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Racer over the week end.
Misses Nancv Wood, Nancy Latham and Geraldine Jenkins, who have been at Camp Viewtnont near Charlottesville for a week returned to their homes in the county on Thursday. Camp Viewmont is sponsored by Southern Baptists. Miss Wood represented the Washington Churrh and Misses Latham and Jenkins represented the Amissville and Forest Grove Churches.
