A motion was made and carried that no motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer shall be locally licensed unless or until, the applicant for license can produce satisfactory evidence that all of his or her personal property taxes upon the vehicle have been properly assessed and paid.
All members of the Board were present all voted for the motion except A.. H. Buckner, Jr. who did not cast a vote.
