The following resolution w<u. adopted by the Board;
RESOLVED: That by autho■ rity of Title 46.1-65, Chapter 3, Article -I* paragraph (c) 1959 Interim Supplement of 1950 Code of Virginia requires that no motor vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer shall be locally licensed unless and until the applicant for such license shall have produced satisfactory evidence that all persona] property taxes upon the motor vehicle, trailer or eemi-trailer to be licensed Wavq been paid which have been properly assessed or are assessable against the applicant by the county, incorporated city or town.
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, That this resolution be published in The Rappahannock News in issue of April 9, 1959} that copies thereof be delivered to the Treasurers and Commissioner of Revenue of Rappahannock County; and copies of this resolution be posted by the Sheriff in various public places in the County.
