In recent years your scribe has heard many Rappahannock citizens comment on needs of die county. Some of our teen-agers have expressed concern of the lack of a future for them in their home county. Other citizens have expressed concern over the influx of people from nearby cities and urban areas. Others are much concerned over livestock and tree fruit trends . . labor, cur general economy, etc.
