I have quoted in previous issues of the News that: “man is the product of his own thoughts’’ . . . “he is today where his thoughts have brought him—will be tomorrow where his thoughts take him.” Knowledge has more impact on thought than any other single factor. All knowledge, no matter how gained, is an experience. Man is bom...he gains the knowledge that fire can be painful—that tears frequently bring sympathy. Later he becomes more independent then becomes more dependent. He gains knowledge from experiences.
“Know-how" is a basic requirement of true leadership. The degree of enhusiasm or indifference is often proportionate to ones knowledge or understanding of the situation, the human beings involved, the purpose, or what have you. Doubt—trust—faith, in our selves or in others, are all thoughts infuenced by knowledge. We can’t be good leaders nor good supporter nor even followers, for or against, without awareness. Which side we are on, or get on. is also governed by knowledge or degree of knowledge.
