We are facing a holiday weekend, in fact the last holiday of the summer, which marks the end of vacation time. Because of the extremely abnormal amount (>f traffic pass irur over the nation's highways, the number of motor vehicle accidents will soar, along with various, other kinds.
More blood will be needed in hospitals in the next few days than at any other time of the season.
When the bloodmobile visits Rappahannock County tomorrow at the Parish Hall in Washington. Virginia, tnere will be over fifty hospitals depending on the citizens uf this area for a sufficient supply of blood to fill their needs
Monday will be a holiday and there will be no blood collections on that day, therefore Rappahannock will have to furnish blood for an extra day.
