First brown about 2 */g cloves of garlic; cook hamburger or (pork chops cut up real fine will do just as well as hamburger) ; cut about 2 medium green peppers into small pieces, let brown, but do not get too done (the Chinese do not cook vegetables too long). Next cut 1/2 onion ver small and add to hamburger and pepper. Now cook enough rice for about six people; don’t use too much hamburger, just enough to make the rice a litle greasey. Mix everything together, let brown (not too much) in frying pan without grease.
