THIS IS the! same tract or parcel of land acquired by Gertrude Williams! Gray and George W. Gray, from John A. Williams et als, by deed dated April 28, 1953, and recorded May 23, 1953, in the Clerks Office of the Circuit Cpurt bf Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book ;59, at page 332.
