County ASC Election
By Mail
The annual ASC County election will be held by mail in Rappahannock County this year. The County election Board made up of W. H. Lyne, Chairman, L. B. Henrettv, Soil Conservation Service, Gen. Daniel NToce, Farm Bu-, reau President and Raymond M.' Johnson, FHA Representative., selected three farmers and two alternates from each of the five communities to act as Community Election Board. They also designate place for return of ballots by farmers and location of county' convention.
Since the ASC Election will be by mail, the County Election Board also selected three farmers to act as Tabulation Board. This board consists of W. G. Eastham, Chester Wayland and R. E. Wood.
The Tabulation Board will count all eligible votes received by the County ASC Office by October 11, 1960.
A list of nominees for each community will be published in the next issue of this paper.
