Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by; Edward Chadwell and Bessie Burke Chadwell, husband and wife, to James W. Fletcher, Trustee, dated July 21, 1950, and recorded July 24. 1950. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Deed Book 54, page 145, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt, and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust heaving been declared by the holder to be due and playable), the Undersigned, James W. Fletcher, Trustee, having been requested to act by the holder of said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, September 30. 1960, at 10:00 A. M. (EST) the following property, tolwit: “All that certain lot or parcel of land with the improvements thereon identified as Lot #12, together with 35 feet of Lot #11 making a total frontage of 85 feet, according to a plat and survey recorded in Deed Book 49, at page 490 of the records of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County. Virginia, said lot and additions thereto being a portion of that certain subdivision known as the Williams-Russell “Mountain View” subdivision lying and being situated near Flint Hill, •Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, being a portion of a larger tract of land, which was conveyed to William C. Williams and John G. Russell by Ashby Turner and Mary E.
