The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at its regular meeting held at the County Court House in Washington, Virginia on September 7, 1960, directed its Clerk to advertise in the manner prescribed by law in the Rappahannock News, the following ORDINANCE which will be proposed for passage by said Board at its next regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, October 5, 1960 at ten o’clock a.m., to-wit:
