The Rappahannock Hunt Club Point-To-Point |Race* have been scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 1961 at James! W. Fletcher’s Thornton Hill Farm, Sperryville, Virginia. Starting time lor the first race is 12-30 p.m. The races are open to the public with tickets available at the gate. The race card lb the same as lasjt year except for tne omission of the Hunters' Gap Rice. V i - Four laces for junicis under 18 years of ap.e are scheduled! three on the flat and one on a 2-mile course over jumps. The four majbr races: one for ladies, two gentlemen’s and one open, aic run over timber fepces on a 3-mile course. As an added attraction this year, -the Seven Cornei-’s Shopping Center is offering a trophy for a race in all participating Point-to-Points (five so far) and a grand trophy to die horse with the most winning points at the cloie of the- point-tbpoirtt season.
