Winners were named Monday by the Washington, D. G. Junior Chamber of Commerce. Awards are given to men under 40 years of age and out of approximately 68 nominations this year, Mr. Patterson was or. of the top ten.
Mr. Patterson is a Staff Member, Office of Management, Bureau of the Budget. He has been in Washington for fifteen years and for the past seven years was Assistant Secretary of the Cabinet.
