Mrs. Kathryn Utz.
Mrs. Kathryn Jenkins Utz died Wednesday, February 8 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Roy C. Lillard in Etlan. Mrs. Utz, 80, was a native of Madison County. She was the daughter of Ephram Jenkins and Martha McAllsiter of Madison.
Surviving are her husband, Lester Utz, Etlan; three daughters, Mrs. Johnny P. Lillard and Mrs. Roy C. Lillard of Etlan and Mrs. Kathryn Utz Lillard of Washington, Va.; two sons, Lvei Utz of Syria and Lester W. Utz, Culpeper; one sister, Mrs. David Yowell of Culpeper; nine grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Mrsi Utz was a member of the Etlan Methodist Church where funeral services were held Saturday, February 11th at 2 o’clock with Rev. Lawrence Eastham officiating. Interment was in the cemetery at the church.
Active pallbearers were Robert Lillard, Wilson Utz, Eugene Jenkins, Nelson Ncthers, Ortho Weaver, Maury- Jenkins, Ehitten Yowell and Lee Bradley. Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
