Anti an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant, Dorothy Marie Settle, if living, or if she be dead, then her husband and heirs, devisees, and successors in title, who are made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this County on or before the 1st day of August, 1961, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post-office address given in the affidavit herein, and file a certificate of the facts in the papers of this case.
