Critzer of Washington,; Va., the former sheriff of Rappalannock county, was severely jurned Wednesday afternoon when his clothing caught fire while he was burning trash. He had been carrying fuel oil in a can earlier in the day and apparently spilled some on his trous'-rs^causing them to ignite and burn quickly as he tended the fire. Mr. Critzer was aflame when a passerby, Bob Mead, saw him. Mead took off his coat as he rushed to Mr. Critzer and smothered the flames. Mead’s coat was

No Injuries
Luis Antonio Maltos of Washington, D. C. only slightly damaged his 1962 Pontiac Tempest Saturday when he went down a bank and landed in a creek bed. The accident occurred at 11:30 a. m. on Route 211 in front of Manuel Pullens home 3 miles west oi Amissville.
Maltos lost control of his cai on a curve and went backward! down the steep incline. Damagi was estimated at $150. He was not injured.
At 5:30 p. m. January 30 ai Massies Corner Clyde Lillard oi Flint Hill Overturned his .195! Ford station wagon. Lillard wa! not injured in the accident. H< tailed to stop at the intersection swerved to the left of the road anc turned over. Damage was esti mated at $600 to $700.
