OBITUARIES
Mrs. C. Shaefer
Mrs. Nancy Clark Schaefer, wife of the late Christian Schaefer, age 82 years, a highly esteemed resident of Sperryville, Va., and bloved by all who knew her, died ^t her residence on Friday, January 26th, following a long period of impaired health, he was the daughter of the late Cjordon A. Clark and the late Harriet Taylor Clark of Culpper County, Va.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Maurice Manuel of« Front Royal, Va., Mrs. B. M. Varner of Sperryville and a son, Fred W. Schaefefr of Sp^ryville. Also by 7 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday afternoon in the family section of the Woodville Episcopal Cemetery with Rev. H. E. Nicholson, a former pastor’'of the Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, officiating.
The pallbearers were Wilson Harris, Clark Harris. James Harris, Harvey Musselman, Claude Beard and Monroe Musselman. A large assemblage of fiends and relatives from Rappahannock, Culpeper and Warren counties were in attendance fofr the funeral service. The Geest Funeral Parlors of Culpeper were in charge of the* arrangements.
