Of Deadline For
Questionnaires
This is a final warning to veterans, widows, and legal custodians of children, who are receiving pensions from the Veterans Administration. Only three fourths of the 33,000 punched card income questionnaires have been returned to the VA up to this time, leaving only a few short days until the I deadline. The instructions which I came with this card say that continuation of the pension depends on returning the completed card by January 31, 1962.
If the experience of past years is of any value I know that many pensioners will put their cards aside to fill out at a more convenient rime, or just simply neglect to take care of the card at all. Soon the deadline will be here and those who delayed will be passed by when the mailman delivers the February checks.
If you have lost the original card I have a replacement and will help you fill it out.
