For the si* council seats, Mrs. Edna Wayland led the ticket with 37 votes. Others elected to the cpuncil are Mrs. Virginia Miller with 36 votes; Mrs. Dorothy Hawkins, 35; Mrs. Dabney Carr, 32; Mrs. John Cargill, 31; and Mrs. Bertha Armel, 25.
Since no one had filed as candidates to any of the offices, the entire election was a write-in. Interested residents, headed by Mrs.
