4. BEAR, SEASON FOR; WEIGHT: (a) It shall be lawful to hunt bear, statewide, from the third Monday in November through Janu-. ary 5; bag limit one a day, one a season. It shall be unlawful to kill bear of less than seventy-five pound live weight.

(b) It shall be unlawful to trap bear, statewide, at any time.

Regulation 72, prohibiting the setting of steel' bear traps at any time, is hereby rescinded.

15. SNOW: It shall be unlawful to hunt quail in the snow.

34. PERMITS FOR TRAPPING FUR BEARERS WHEN DOING DAMAGE; It shall be unlawful for any person, including landowners, to trap (hiring the cosed season, provided that when furbearing animals are doing damage to crops or other property of the landowner, or lessee of Die premises, the game warden of the county may issue a permit to such landowner or lessee to trap such furbearing animate as are doing damage on his property. It shall be unlawful to sell or buy the furs of animals trapped during the closed season under such a permit except during the open season.

The foregoing Regulations, as amended; shall become effective July 1962.
