Section 16. EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective on and after 12:01 a.m. on November 8, 1962.

8ection 17. PUBLICATION: The Clerk is directed to publish tie foregoing proposed ordinance, together with notice of the Board’s intent to adopt the same, once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a weekly newspaper publuhed at Washington, Virginia ,in said County of Rappahannock ; and the Sheriff is directed to post said proposed ordinance at the front door of the county courthouse and at each post office in Rappahannock County, Virginia; which said publications and postings shall foe done by the Clerk and Sheriff as required by Section 15-8 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
