Silas Walden Frasier, 68, of R i z e y ▼ i 1 le died Wednesday, September 19, in Veteran's Hospital, Richmond, Va. Mf. Fraaier, farmer and World War I veteran was born in Rappahahjnock County, son of John Wade Frazier of Griffinabury and the late Alberta (Woodward) Prsdier. His wife Pearl Sisk Frazier predeceased him. He is survive ed by his father, one son Bernard S. Frazier of Fredericksburg. three daughters, Mrs. O. H. Settle of Elkwood.
