Harvest Home Day Fri.
At Va. Baptist Home
The annual Harvest Home Day festival at the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper will be held Friday, Sept. 28, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
More than 1500 Baptists from all over the state are expected to attend the program which will be followed by lunch for all visitors.
Speakers include Rev. R. Carrington Paulette, Dr. R. P. Downey, President of the Baptist General Association, and Dr. R. F. Caverlee.
Inspiring Cantata
The music ministry of the Culpeper Baptist church presented a Christ centered cantata last Friday night in the Washington Baptist Church. An attentive audience of young people and adults joined with the choir in an inspiring ex•perience'of worship. The Washington church was the fourth church to hear the Culpeper choir last week.
