Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Robert F. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, huslo ioc?d Wife’ to James Fletcher, Trustee, dated April 19, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961', in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 74, Page 212, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holders thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holders to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W. fletcher, Trustee, having been, requested to act by the holders of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders at the front door of the Court House, in Washington, Virginia, on Friday, October 26, 1962, at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, to-wit:
TRACT ‘A’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of the ‘Putnam Land’), a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven beside a corner fence post on the east side of said eoad and running along the middle of the road N 16 W 300 ft. to a point in the middle of the road marked by an iron driven on the east side of the road, a corner to Tract ‘B’; thence, with Tract ‘B’, N 77V2 E 780 ft. to an iron driven in a line of another tract of land owned by Cannon and Hoyle; thence, with said land of Cannon and Hoyle, S 2y2 E 305 ft. to an iron driven at the northeast corner’of the ‘Putnam Land’; thence with said ‘Putnam Land’, S 77y2 W 707 ft. to the beginning and containing Five and Twelve One-Hundredths (5.12) Acres.’
“Tract ‘B’: ‘Beginning at the southwest corner of the tract being surveyed (which is the northwest corner of Tract A ) a point in Route 611 marked by an iron driven on the east side of said road and running, with said Tract ‘A’, N 77j/2 E 780 ft. to an iron at the northeast corner of Tract ‘A’; thence, with other land of Cannon and Hoyle, N 2V2 W 330 ff. to an iron at the southeast comer'of Tract

These are the same and identical tracts of land acquired by Robert F. Shrader and Nova M. Shrader, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with right of survivorship as at common law, by deed from Ray T. Cannon, et ah, dated April 19, 1961, and recorded May 1, 1961, in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office, in Deed Book 74, at page 108.
