Donald G- Schaefer has been: appointed service foreman in, Culpeper, according to an an-, nouncement this week by the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Virginia.
In his new position, Mr. Schaefer will supervise the installation and repair forces; in Culpeper, Madison, Criglersville, Sperryville and Shenandoah National Park.
He succeeds Dennis H. All j who has been transferred to Richmond as a staff assistant in the personnel training group.,
A native of Hartford, Conn., where he attended public schools, Mr. Schaefer started with C. & P, company at Virginia Beach in 1956 as a lineman installer. He was later promoted to installer repair-, man and more recently was a PBX installer repairman. 1
Serving with the U. S. Navy from 1951 to 1955, he was assigned to the maintenance of Navy aircraft.
He is married to the former Shirley Scott of Virginia Beach, and they have one son, Scott Douglas, age 3Mr.
and Mrs. Schaefer, who are Methodists, will move into their new home at 193 Lesco Boulevard on or about Decern-, ber 1.
