Mr. T. J. Pillar spent last week in Alexandria with her sister Mrs. Harry Love and MrLove and was also a guest of Mr.- and Mrs. E. N. Montague.

Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Montague spent the week-end at their home at Hazel Notch.

Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Devers spent Sunday in Front Royal with their son and daughter-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Devers.

Mrs. Ida Devers of Flint Hill was a guest for several days last week of Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Devers.

Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were in Bentonsville Sunday for the regular appointment at the Primitive Baptist Church and were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marice Lockheart.

Miss Shirley Brown of Washington. D. C. spent the week-end at home with her mother Mrs. Catherine Brown.

Mrs. Gordon Payne and son Joe Payne of Madison and University of Virginia were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schaefer.

Luncheon guests on Thursday of Mrs. B. M. Varner were her sister Mrs. Maurice Manuel and son Chris of Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs- L. A. Richie of Catletts and Freddie Schaefer.

Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Hening were in Alexandria last week for the funeral of a friend and also visited their son and daughterin-law, Mr. and Mrs. Burwell Hening.

H. H. Avlor, Jr., of Arlington was a week-end visitor in the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. H. H. A.vlor.

Mrs- Tommy Cozzo of Wash-! ington, D. C., will arrive this I week for a visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Avlor, jr. Ralph Strawn of Warrenton was a Thursday dinner guest in the Aylor home. Mr. Edward Clatterbuck of of Alexandria was a Saturday night guest of Miss Mamie Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector and daughters of Flint Hill were Sunday visitors of Miss Mamie Johnson and Mrs. Betsy Harrell. The Misses Rector were overnight guests of Mrs. Harrell. Mr- and Mrs. Rector spent Monday in Roanoke.
