Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and two children of Arlington spent the weekend as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jenkins. Miss Gladys Winfield spent Sunday at her apartment in Warrenton. Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hall and children left Monday for their home in Lakeland, Florida after spending a week with Mrs. Hall’s mother, Mrs. Downing Wood and family at Sunnyside. Friday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller at Millermead were the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Glaenzer of Arlington, Mrs. Rayner Snead and Mrs. T. C. Lea. Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., accompanied her son George Davis, III, to Charlottesville on Sunday where he enrolled at the University of Virginia for eight weeks of summer school.
