Legal Notice

At a special meeting of Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, duly and legally held on Monday, June 17, 1963, at 8:00 o’clock p.m.: - Upon the Motion of H. B. Wood, seconded by Herbert A. Foster and passed by a unanimous vote, amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, were recommended by the Local Planning Commission and proposed for adoptionby said Board of Supervisors at its next regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 3, 1963, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. in the Court House at Washington, Virginia, at which time a public hearing will be held and the said Board will hear all persons for and against the adoption of such amendments. And the Clerk shall give the required notice of the time and place of the hearing at least once a week for two weeks, as provided in Section 15-961.4 of the 1950 Code of Virginia as amended. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to have copies of the abovementioned proposed amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of said County for examination by the public, to which reference is hereby made.
