Mrs. L. J. Turner and Miss Carolyn Turner were' in Richmond Friday apartment hunting for Miss turn-*' er who will teach this year in a Henrico County School. J. Newbill Miller Joined his family who were vacationing at Virginia Beach on Friday and they all returned home Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. James F. Massie and family spent the week-end at Virginia Beach. Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser and sons were supper guests Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. keyser, enroute to their home in Fairfax after spending two weeks at Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. P. W. Scudere returned to his home Sunday after having surgery at Warren Memorial Hospital last week. His two brothers, John and Joseph Scudere of Clarksburg, W.Va. were over-night visitors Monday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Wade H.Massie. III and family spent several days last week visiting friends at their mountain home in Tunkhammock, Pa. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Jenkins and Mrs. A. M. Verner of Manassas Park were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. V. R. Updike. Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett and Miss Annie Cooksey were Saturday dinner guests of Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. at the Lord Culpeper Hotel in Culpeper. Miss Irene Keyser left Thursday for a vacation visit with her sister Mrs. Kent Woolfolk in Louisa. Mrs. Woolfolk and Miss Keyser spent Saturday in the county visiting friends and relatives.

Jr. and Bill Callahan and Mrs.Thomas Reynolds of Washington,D.C. and Mrs. Virginia Kuhn of Alexandria. Sunday dinner was in celebration of the birthdays of Mrs. Callahan and Mrs. Kuhn. Mrs. R. F.
