Jack; Stringfellow is recuperating in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Col. and Mrs. John Wil- \ liams and children, John Henry and Betsy left on Thursday for a visit with Mrs. Williams' mother, Mrs. Margie Brassat at Montpelier, Vermont. They will also visit Mrs. Williams’ sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gannon at Westwood, N. J. before returning home. Miss Ann Cannon spent last week at Eagle Eyrie Baptist Assembly at Lynchburg. Miss Ellen Gore arrived home on Friday to spend her summer vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rich, ard Gore, Miss Gore is in Nurse’s training at the University of Charlottesville. Richard Gore spent Monday in Washington, D. C. attending a meeting of the McCulloch Saw Co. at the Shore, ham Hotel. Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Cloud were their daughter and son-inlaw, Mr. and Mrs. James Pullen and daughter, Betsy Ann of Manassas. The Pullens were enroute from a trip to Florida.
