Mr*. T. Norman Payne

,4. Mrs. Lucy Pearl Payne, 61, t- of Huntly died Tuesday, May 12, 1964 following a long ill-.ness. She was a native of 'Rappahannock, the daughter of .Mrs. Mattie Williams North of Huntly and the late Nish North.

A funeral service was held Thursday at 2 p. m. from Willis Chapel Methodist Church , of Which she was a member. The Rev. James B. Grimmer officiated, assisted by the Rev. Irving Johnson. Interment was in Willis Chapel Cemetery. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Thomas Norman Payne of the home address. Also surviving are three brothers, Gaither and Richard North, both of Front Royal and Aubrey North of Huntly; and one sister. Miss Lilia North of Huntly. Pallbearers were Horace Williams, Daniel Williams, Bowser Williams, Gilbert Smith, Frank Huff and Allie Huff.
