Entertainment Scheduled At Chester Gap
The Chester Gap Volunteer Fire Department will hold an indoor carnival at the fire hall on Saturday, Nov. 28 beginning at 7 p.m. There will be a variety of games and entertain ment and sandwiches and drinks will be sold. The public is cordially invited to attend.
Victim of Heart Attack
Frank Tanner, 61, of Fairfax was pronounced d 6 £ d on arrival at Warren Memorial Hos pital, Front Royal, Saturday afternoon, after being taken there by Flint Hill Rescue Squad. Mr. Tanner had been hunting on the L. B. Burford property at Flint Hill when he suffered a Ijeart attack, accord ing t6 a rescue squad spokes man. Mr. Tanner, an electrician with VEPCO, was a friend of the Burfords.

Don’t forget the sale of valu able articles to be sold by the Sperryville Volunteer FireDe partment on Saturday, Nov. 28th (this Saturday) at the Sperryville Fire Hall starting at 10 a.m. rain or shine. All proceeds from this sale will be put in the building fund. Those wishing to make a contribution should call a mem ber of the committee for pick up collections.
