Continued from page 1 the car, received lacerations of the forehead. At 2:50 p.m. Sunday on Route 211 near Sperryville a 60 Volkswagen, operated by Peter Brown of Arlington was head ing east and stopped in the traf fic lane for an unknown vehicle which was stopping. The VW was struck in the rear by a 60 Ford operated by Clinton Collins of Warrenton. Damage to the Collins vehicle was es timated at $20 and to the Volks wagen $125, according to Troop er Paul P. Dicks, investigat ing officer. Saturday afternoon on Route 707 near Slate Mills, demon Wesley Woodward, Boston, driving an Internation truck owned by Vanda Dyer of Etlan ran off the right of the road and struck a bank. Woodward was meeting another vehicle on the narrow road. Trooper W. A. Buntin esti mated damage to the truck at $600. Dennis Woodward and Stephen Hurt, passenagers in the truck, sustained slight injuries.
