Distinguished Student
In a recent ceremony at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Army ROTC Cadet, Marvin Russell Bradford, III was designated a Distinguished Military Student. Mr. Bradford was one of 29 Army ROTC seniors who received the award at a parade In their honor of the 1500 man VPI Corps of Cadets.
To be eligible for selection Cadet Bradford had to maintain academic grades which put him In the upper half of his class in all subjects and had to stand in the upper third of his Military Science class. Additionally, Cadet Bradford had to demonstrate superior leadership ability.
Cadet Bradford is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin R. Brad
