4-H Club News
The Washington III 4-H Club met Friday, November 20 in ] the auditorium of Washington Elementary School with Diane Woodward, president, opening the meeting. We repeated the 4-H Pledge and Motto and sang several songs. The roll was called by Billy Payne and Charlotte Printz led the devotions. Achievement Night plans and program were discussed as well as a Christmas program The business meeting adjourned and project work was done.
Gail Updike, Reporter The Sperryville II 4-H Club met on Nov. 17, 1964 at the Sperryville Elementary School. The President opened the meeting with the Pledge to the Flag, the 4-H Pledge and the 4-H Motto. Secretary, Hope Bailey call ed the roll and read the mini* tes, which were approved. Several songs were sung by the group. It was announced that Achieve ment Night would be held at the Washington Elementary School on Nov. 20 at 7:30 and everyone was urged to attend. It was decided to give a pro gram at the next meeting be fore we adjourned for project work. The Achievement Night was well attended and a big sue cess. ■ _ '
