He was a son of the late T.L. Dodson and Jane Jenkins Dodson, both of Rappahannock County. His wife was the late Mrs. Sarah C. Dodson. Survivors include two daughters, Miss Mary B. Dodson of Culpeper and Mrs. Virginia Noel of Maryville, Tenn.; and six sons, T. L. Dodson of Chicago, G. E. Dodson, Brandywine, Md., L. G. Dodson, Gainesville. L. C. Dodson of Stsunttm, A.’ T. Dodson, Gordonsville and Paul Dodson, Louisa* A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Clore Funeral Home, Culpeper, with the Rev. John Farrar officiating. Interment was n Fairvlew Cemetery.
Mrs. Pet Smith, Chester Gap; and five grandchildren. A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Front Royal Methodist Church with the Rev. G. C. Bently officiating, with interment in Proa pect Hill Cemetery.
