should attend to the card at once. Those whose incomes will not be certain until the end of 1964 should return the cards shortly after the first of 1965. No cards for orphans were sent out by the VA. Those persons receiving pension under the old law also received an election card and information on the new law. Old 1 a w pensioners should carefully consider if they should now change to the new law for increased benefits. Thqse who wish to switch may submit the election card along with the annual income questionnaire. Edward M. Mathews, of the Front Royal Office of the Division of War Veterans Claims is in Washington at the Clerk’s Office on 1st and 34d Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and will gladly give more details on this subject or any other matter connected with veteran’s affairs.
