Warren EL Frank

A funeral service for Warren Elmer Frank, 80, of Luray was held Saturday at 11 a.m. from St. Mark's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ralph Hoffmyer officiating. Interment was in Green Hill Cemetery, Luray. Mr. Frank, who was president of the First National Bank of Luray, died Wednesday, August 4, in a Richmond hospital. He was born in Shenandoah County, the son of the late Lewis M. and Katherine Frank. He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church where he had served as Sunday School superintendent, teacher, member of the church council, church treasurer for 50 years, member of the choir and member of the Sunset Vesper Service Committee. His community activities included: former member of the Luray Town Council, past president of the Rotary Club
