Mr. and Mrs. Clemon Woodward is recuperating from pneumonia at his home after being x-rayed at the University of Virginia on Sunday. Mrs. Waver Kennedy is caring for her new grandson Christian Todd Minnis while his mother remains in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Miss Betty Kennedy and her sisterin-law Mrs. Robert Kennedy, both of Alexandria, are visiting in the Kennedy home. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur T. Cobert had as their guest last week Mrs. Cobert’s mother Mrs. M. H. Lanham and Thursday and Friday guests were the Misses Carrie and Alberta Williams, all of Washington, D. C.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell Settle’s guests, Mrs. Settle’s brother-in-law and sister and father, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Elkins of Charleston, W. Va. and M. W. Saunders of Logan, W. Va. are returning home Friday after a two weeks' visit.
