Four persons were injured, one seriously, in a head on collision Sunday on Route 211, a mile and two tenth east of Washington. Mrs. Laura Thomas Adams, 64, of Winchester, operating a 1955 Ford, ran off the shoulder of the raod and when she pulled back onto the highway she ran across the double solid line, striking an oncoming vehicle almost head on. Operator of the other vehicle, a 1963 Chevrolet was Ceorge Lewis Horvatich, 39, of Youngstown, Ohio, according to Trooper J. B. Willis. Mrs. Adams sustained bruises of the knees and lacera tions of the face. Mrs. Harriett Lawrence Harrison, 88, of Front Royal a passenger in the Adams car, received frac tures of both hips and left arm, broken ribs, a fractured skull and multiple lacerations of the face. She died early Wednesday morning in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. Mr. Horvatich sustained a sprained left ankle, bruised
