Robert Nethers returned to his home Thursday from Warren Memorial Hospital. The Nethers’ grandson, Bud Corder of Huntly, was a week-end guest. Sunday visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers and two children of Stevens City, Mr. and Mrs. John Eubank, Jr. and Mrs. F. D. Coffey and son, Frank, and Jack Jenkins of Sperryville. Butch Browning and James F. Bowling spent the weekend with friends in Charlottesville and were over-night guests Monday of John B. Browning in Richmond. Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Bradford accompanied their daughter. Miss Virginia Yates Bradford, to Fredericksburg on Sunday where she entered Mary Washington College for her freshman year. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller attended a performance of “Catch Me If You Can” Saturday evening at the Wayside Theatre in Middletown. The Official Board of the Methodist Church met Friday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Emory Russell. Miss Judy Lillard left Sunday for Radford College. She was accompanied by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Shaw are living at the J. P. Cook apartment. Mr. Shaw is employed at the Rappahannock National Bank in Washington. Mrs. Frank Spalding, Mrs. G. W. Smith, Jr. and son, Charlie Smith, had dinner Sunday at the Congress Inn in Front Royal. Mrs. Ruth Lillard and daughter, Miss Barbara Lillard, were week-end guests of Mrs. Lilia rd’s daughter, Mrs. Bobby Hawkins, and son, Earl Lillard, in Alexandria. Mr. and Mrs. Warren A. McConchie and sons, Richard and Craig, and Donald Blake of Arlington were week-end guests of Mrs. McConchie’s mother, Mrs. Mary Cleverley. Mrs. Ida Trump has returned from a week's visit with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bloise Trump in Alexandria.
