Following the ceremony a reception was held in the home of the bride's parents. The bride’s mother chose a dress of yellow and brown with beige accessories and wore a corsage of white carnations. The groom’s mother wore a beige dress, matching accessories and wore a white carna tion corsage. For traveling the bride wore a blue suit with black accessories and her orchid corsage. The bride was employed by The Schwarzenbach Huber Company and the groom is employed by Greenhorne, O’mara, Dewberry andNealon in Fairfax County.

The regular meeting of the Chester Cap Home Demonstra tion Club was held at the fire hall, Thursday, Sept. 9, with nine members present. The following officers were elected for 1966; President, Mrs. Maybelle Gilkey; Vice-president, Mrs. Eileen Davis; Secretary, Iva Williams; Treasurer, Mrs. Minnie Williams; Program Development Leader, Eileen Davis; Federation Goal Chairman, Bessie Parks.
