Basic Knitting Class

Begins October 28

A basic knitting class, consisting of five, two-hour sessions, will begin October 28 and continue through December 2. It will be held at 711 Main Street, Flint Hill each j Thursday night from 7 to 9 j

p.m. Instructor for the classes j is Mrs. Mary Cleverley. There is no charge for the < course, which is conducted through the Arts and Crafts! Project with the assistance of Miss Doris Daugherty, Home Agent. Those completing the course will receive certificates. Materials required for basic knitting include a pair of number eight knitting needles ten inches in length and a 4 ounce skein or hank of 4-ply knitting wool. No registration is required and those who attended the class last year and wish to continue their instruction are cordially invited to attend.

Please note that no class will be held Thursday, November 25 which is Thanksgiving Day.
