week-end. Stewart Dashiell of Serverna Park, Md. was a Saturday visitor of Miss Cobert and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Arthur T. Cobert. Sunday guests of the Cobert’s were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Cobert and three children of Manassas. Mrs. Oscar Dodson returned home on Friday after spending several weeks in the University of Virginia Hospital. The Rev. W. B. Dennis had as his guests on Saturday Mrs. Jack Dennis and two sons of Alexandria and on Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Gutherie Beddingfield of Alexandria and Mr. and Mrs. VernonHenderson and three children of Fredericksburg.
Mr. and Mrs. James Wright of Washington, D. C. spent the week-end at their home here.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Jenkins and son of Manassas spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jenkins.
Mrs. Carter White accompanied her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Pratt Brown of Culpeper to Wytheville on October 8 where she remained as the guest of her, brothers-in-law and sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pearman, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Hilton and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Humphrey. Mr. and Mrs. Brown who were on vacation went on to the Great Smokies. All returned home Thursday evening.
