Flint Hill Baptist Missionary Meeting
The Ruth Stevens Missionary Branch of the Flint Hill Baptist Church will meet Friday, October 22 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. B. J. Wood. Mr^ Mary Krause will be in charge of the program.

Attended and Enjoyed
People came from far and wide to Rappahannock over the weekend. Many were passing through to enjoy the show put on by ‘ole Mother Nature on the Skyline Drive, others were out to enjoy October’s bright blue weather in the country and about 475 of them combined these with a trip through the tour houses. The Women of Bromfield Parish were quite pleased with the attendance and response to their dried flower sale which amounted to 300 sales for the two days. Nofinal tally has been made as to the tour receipts since orders are still being filled. Proceeds are used on a fifty-fifty basis for missions and to retire the debt on the Parish Hall.
