The Rappahannock 4-H Achievement Program was held at Washington Elementary School at 7:30 p.m., Friday, '“November 19 for the purpose of recognizing outstanding Club membersduring the 1964-65 Club year. Those recognized were as follows:

- 4-H Girl of the Year -L-arty Moffett, who was presented a Schaefer Pen and Pencil Set for outstanding project work, leadership and participation in county and state activities.

1 Donny Deal was selected as 4-H Boy of the Year and was presented a 4-H jacket. Both of these awards were sponsored by Rappahannock National Bank.

Susan Dodson, secretary of the County Council, presided in the absence of the president doing her usual efficient job.

Other features of Achievement Program were: Pledge of Allegiance led by C. G. Thornhill, Jr. 4-H Pledge led by Martha Lou O'Bannon.
